We chose to go with A-Z because of those we spoke to, and in interviewing them, we felt they were the most knowledgeable of the collectibles that we had, the most qualified, that they had a good following and that they would be able to sell them. They did a great job! They took over, we didn't have to do a thing. They were in constant communication with us. Being a recent client of A-Z sales, I found Bill and hisstaff to be hard working, very knowledgeable and professional in setting up and selling the contents of my 3 story home in Branson, Missouri. I conducted several interviews with other estate sale companies prior to meeting Bill and Teresa. Furthermore, they invited me to a current estate sale they were conducting and I was quite impressed with their presentation, pricing, attention to detail and the way they welcomed buyers. Once leaving that sale, I found my decision easy choosing A-Z to do my sale. Once they entered my home for set up, they spent 20 plus days going through my attic, garage, basement and storage. They were diligent in cleaning, organizing and researching priices of all my valuables. Once the sale started, I was very surprised to see that so many out of towners came to my home as a result of their widespread advertising. If you are looking for a class organization to do your sale, I highly recommend you look no further than this company.

We charge one fee that includes all labor, setup, and leaving the home free and clear of any contents or trash. Others may charge less, but we are confidant we can net you more with our knowledge of what your items are worth.

We understand that you may want to go through and keep items of sentimental value. We also understand sometimes it may seem embarrassing how messy or disorganized a place can get. We also know how overwhelming of a process this all can be. This is where we can be of help. Too often things of value to a sale can be discarded or donated. We suggest to let us decide. Not only does this take pressure off of you, but will also help you net the most for your items.

We have been told many times that all personal items have been removed and still found personal items in a home. In this instance we will set these aside for you to either pick up or we can ship them to you if you will be out of the state.

There will be no left over items. Items will be discounted after the first couple of days then any remaining items will be sold at an auction.

Yes! These items will also be charged a lower percentage based on value.

This will vary on a case by case basis. It will also depend on any other sales we may have pending. Contact us and we can let you know what our schedule looks like and once we see your home we can give you the best response on setup time.
